4. Add To Shopping Cart

Find the products you want to purchase and add them to the shopping cart. You should pay attention to the product detail page. Every product may have different MOQ and variants.
  • Every manufacturer has different criteria regarding MOQ. We only sell in packages. Separate size selection is not possible at the moment.
  • For example, for the product above, the package has 5 sizes.
  • There is no MOQ. So you can buy 1 package.
  • Pricing is per item. So, you have to add at least 5 items to the cart.
  • When you want to increase the quantity, it will be multiples of 5. 5 = 1 package, 10 = 2 packages, etc.
  • You need to select the variant to see package details and MOQ information.
The shipping fee is not included the subtotal of the shopping cart. It will be calculated automatically after you select the receiving address and shipping method when you placing an order. About the shopping cart, you need to make sure the following things:

  • For this particular product, in one package there are 3 different sizes which are 0-3M | 3-6M | 6-9M.
  • 6.12$ is the price of 2 Pieces including bottom and body. So, 1 package includes 3 sizes and as there are 2 pieces on each size, in total you receive 6 pieces
  • For this item, you have to buy at least 3 packages. There is a min. order quantity. That’s why, you have to add 3 sizes * 3 packages = 9 items to your basket, that’s why default quantity is 9.
  • If you want to increase package quantity, it will be increased by 3 sizes. 3 > 6 > 9 > 12 > 15, etc.

  • For this model, there are 3 different size options.
  • But as stated, you can buy separately.
  • There is no MOQ, so you can add at least 1 piece of each size

How to Place Order?

Our products are sourced from all manufacturers that have contracted to cooperate. Although we have work hard to supervise and check the quality, each buyer has different requirements for quality, so before you place a larger order, please place a smaller order first to ensure that the product quality and delivery cycle are within your expectation.

STEP-1: Filling in correct Receiving Information

Please make sure to provide a complete consignee name, accurate delivery address, and telephone number to ensure package safe and in time delivery.

STEP-2: Choosing the shipping method

We support different logistics methods for different countries.

Please choose the one that suits you best according to the delivery cycle range and shipping cost.

You can choose the shipping method according to your actual needs, And the shipping fee will be calculated for you automatically.

Out of Stock Situations

There are the following reasons for some products out of stock or damaged:

  • The out-of-stock of warehouses or suppliers.
  • Found products lack part, damaged or defective during the quality inspection process.

Due to nature of our business model and industry, some items may run out of stock before we can process your order. In those cases, we act according to the selection of your choice in the checkout field which is called “How do you want us to handle out-of-stock items?“.

As we don’t keep stock ourselves in order to be able to provide you the best possible price, stocks of manufacturers may run out immediately. A client can visit the showroom and clear out all stocks. Even though we update our system daily, it’s pretty normal that sometimes we may not be able to source all items for you.

*What are your options at this stage?*

1. We can define the amount specified in the document as “*Funds*” to your account. You can use those funds to select alternative models or you can use for your next order. This is default action. Your balance has already been added to your account funds.

2. We can refund this amount to your bank account. It can take up to 20-30 business days to be processed.

3. You can tell us whether you want us to pick alternative items for you. Our experienced team will decide items to be replaced for you if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.

4. In order to prevent those kinds of situations, %90 of our regular clients pay us upfront according to their budget. As soon as they complete checkout, without losing any time, we start processing the order.

Note: In case any changes occur on the cost of logistics due to less weight and volume, we’ll refund this amount to you also.

Order Processing Timeout

Your order will normally be delivered to the logistics center for shipping within the days specified above:

The time is based on working days, weekends or holidays will be postponed.

Please note that the order processing time cycle will be extended when you encounter the following situations:

  • The products in your order are out of stock or damaged, and we usually need extra time to deal with them.
  • The quantity and types of products in your order are too large, we need more time for quality inspection and packaging.

Products Shipment in Batches/Packages

Your product will usually be shipped in the same package, but there are some special circumstances:

  • When the quantity of products is large, reasonable package splitting will help you reduce a lot of tax expenses.
  • When some products in your order are out of stock or quality, we may send your packages into multiple batches to avoid the situation that the package cannot be shipped on time due to some product anomaly.

Customs Clearance and Duties

Please read the following statement carefully. Payment for the order will signify your agreement or acceptance of the following statement.

Why do you need to pay customs duties?

Our warehouses are located in Turkey, so when you wholesale in KFT, the packages will be shipped to you via DHL/UPS/FedEx/SeaCargo/AirCargo from Turkey.

Customs of various countries usually require that goods shipped from other countries need to pay duty or taxes based on certain considerations, the specific amount can only be determined by the customs of each country.

Personal Tax ID or Corporate Tax number

Please fill in your Tax ID or VAT number (Business Number in Canada) and Business Name when making payment. The customs will withhold customs duties based on it, so you are responsible for confirming that it is correct.

If you do not have a Tax ID or VAT number, please fill in your ID number or Passport Number. In most countries, this has the same effect as a Tax ID.

How to pay customs duties?

When the package arrives at your country, the local customs or logistics company will notify you by phone or email to pay customs duties. The notification will state the exact amount of customs duties.

Please complete the payment according to the notification you received.

After payment, the logistics company will continue to deliver the package to you.

Package delivery time

You need to pay customs duties within 7 days of receiving the notification. The time waiting for you to pay customs duties will not be included in the order delivery time.

If you fail to pay customs duties on time, it will be deemed to have refused to pay customs duties by the local customs.

After-sales and disputes

KFT only provides after-sales service for orders that have paid customs duties.

  1. Refusal to pay customs duties will result in the package being unable to be delivered or being destroyed by the local customs.

    You will voluntarily bear all losses and liabilities. KFT will not refund you for this reason, and you will lose the right to apply for after-sales service to KFT.

  2. KFT will not accept any form of payment disputes for orders that have not been delivered due to refusal to pay customs duties.
